**HR Administrator**

Duration: Contractor, Full Time, Ongoing

Please note: After a scheduled training period, this role will become Hybrid working, with the opportunity to work 3 Days in office/2 Days at home.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for general HR, Recruitment and Medical Administration support.
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR Administration related queries
- Be responsible for maintaining personnel records, in compliance with GDPR
- Maintain and control the archiving for all HR documentation
- Provide full clerical support to the HR department
- Administer HR documentation in relation to the full Employee Lifecycle, including but not limited to the issuing of letters, Contracts of Employment, amendments, uplifts, transfers and promotion letters, starters and leavers paperwork and probationary paperwork
- Record Employee annual leave and provide quarterly reports to the HR Supervisor
- Process expenses for all staff and contractors, ensuring minimum turnaround period and values are within the parameters of the Claims Procedure.
- Inform payroll of all starters and leavers, promotions and uplifts, responsibility allowances and other relevant amendments.
- Monitor and arrange renewal of corporate medicals for offshore and onshore personnel.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Recruitment and Training teams

**You should have the following experience**:

- Previous experience in HR Administration
- Experience with MS packages - Word and Excel
