Petrofac have a requirement for a Wellsite Tree & Wellhead Contractor across various North Sea projects. _
- The role is outside IR35 and we invite Limited Companies to engage._
- Starting mid-July, the requirement is to provide services for multiple short term projects in the UK North Sea, with the possibility extending in to a longer term campaign._
- Scope of Services:_
- Recent UK North Sea with semi-submersible experience essential._
- Experience with dual bore riser systems and vertical trees is required. _
- Onshore workshop supervision prior to operations. _
- 14/14 day rotations._
- Must have right to work in UK. _

**Scope of Services**:

- **_The Contractor will be responsible for carrying out assigned work with particular emphasis on HSEQ performance and Offshore activities._**:

- **_Responsible for performing all duties with due regard to the health, safety of self, others and of the environment in which they are undertaken._**:

- **_Ensure that well design and construction procedures comply with Company, Client and the relevant legislative requirements._**:

- **_Liaise when appropriate with Client Drilling and Company supervisory teams and service companies to ensure that objectives for well construction, well intervention and/or well repair are followed and fully detailed in the procedures for each well._**:

- **_Responsible for input into of programmes, work orders and programme amendments for the construction, re-entry, repair of a well._**:

- **_Liaise directly with the Senior Wellsite Well Engineering Contractor during offshore operations and the appointed onshore Project Manager._**

**Deliverables**:

- **_Work closely with all project disciplines such as Drilling, Completions, Well-Test and Controls. _**:

- **_Work closely with third party contractors to ensure technical and physical continuity is maintained._**:

- **_Support the project team in submission for and the implementation of and adherence to Company and Client project specific HSEQ and legislative requirements. _**:

- **_Review and manage the procurement of equipment and services such as, Wellheads, Subsea Xmas Tree systems, Topsides Xmas Tree systems, Installation and Test Tooling, Work-Over - Controls systems (IWOCs), ROV & DSV systems and offshore installation/well control (BOP) systems in line with Client and Company guidelines._**:

- **_Support for required technical input for compliance with API standards and client Barrier/HSE polices._**:

- **_Participate in review and management of FAT, SIT of equipment._**:

- **_Responsible for subsea equipment installation and ensuring correct processes are followed at the wellsite._**:

- **_Responsible for adequate equipment procurement to offshore installation vessel. _**:

- **_Liaison and communications with rig and service contractors in planning and operations processes._**:

- **_Onshore well operations support as required._**:

- **_Support preparation of statutory notifications to government and other parties._**:

- **_Work planning and scheduling in relation to offshore activities._**:

- **_Participate in the inputting and close out of all lessons learned in Turus._**:

- **_Support preparation of cost estimates and AFE’s for planning and well construction / intervention / repair in line with Company policies and Client requirements._**:

- **_Provide all technical support required for obtaining required permits, i.e., operational, and environmental._**:

- **_Participate in the inputting and tracking of all project actions and key legislation in Turus._**:

- **_C_**_omplete risk reviews and document for the project utilising Turus._**:

- **_Generate NCR as required and work to close out with relevant third party and record auditable trail in Turus._**:

- **_Participate in Client project meetings and weekly reporting requirements. _**:

- **_Manage all aspects and create end of well reporting by all relevant service companies and the Company._
