PrivateDoc Limited is seeking a customer service representative to provide excellent customer service to our growing private patient base in the UK. You will ideally have a career history in care and understand the critical dimensions of safeguarding in a healthcare context. Whilst this is not a clinical role, you will need to appreciate the boundaries between customer care and clinical expertise and work within the customer care aspect only.

You will be self-motivated and able to work independently once you have completed the requisite training provided at induction. Excellent verbal and written communication is essential as the role will primarily involve dealing with customer queries via the telephone or through Zendesk, an integrated customer service platform.

You will have the following essential skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills, dealing with telephone queries
- A proactive approach to work, looking for ways to improve processes and early identification of issues visible from a customer service perspective.

The following skills will be desirable
- Experience of Zendesk
- Experience of RingCentral’s telephony platform
- Safeguarding Level 2 Training
- Mental Capacity Act Training
- Information Governance Training
- Telephone Support and Mentoring
- Zendesk Training
- Training and support on all aspects of the PrivateDoc platform within the customer care role
- Standard Operating Procedure training. All of our processes are documented and accessible to the whole team.

We will be flexible on how long it takes for you to come up to speed with all aspects of the customer care role to ensure you have the appropriate support.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join us early in a massive growth phase for PrivateDoc Limited. We anticipate that the customer care team will grow significantly over the coming 6 - 12 months and as a consequence there will be an opportunity for the right person to assume a lead role in the team moving forward.

Pay: £22,035.00-£25,000.00 per year
