Norse Group is looking for a Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service within the Facilities Management sector.
Our Helpdesk operates around the clock, aiming to provide continuous Customer Contact support to all clients, including both residential and commercial properties across various divisions within the TFM Contract.
This role is part-time, requiring 10 hours of work per week on Sundays from 9am to 7:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage confidently and effectively, managing telephone and email inquiries while liaising with the public, customers, and clients to address any concerns related to the diverse FM services offered. Efficiently process and resolve queries while maintaining professionalism and courtesy, with the ability to determine the necessary level of action. Accurately input and maintain data in our specialized database, documenting all information according to standard operating procedures and performing general administrative tasks as needed.Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service role is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to make independent decisions with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Professional telephone etiquette with the ability to exercise tact and discretion while ensuring client confidentiality. Comprehensive understanding of Data Protection, GDPR, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Our Offer:
