Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephone support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Process and service home insurance policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Gather and verify customer information, using a range of systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in using a range of systems and technology, including CRM software and other tools.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
