Our contact centre operates around the clock, ensuring that we provide continuous support to our clients, which includes both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage confidently with customers through phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our Facilities Management services.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor and identifying the necessary actions.
  • Maintain accurate records in our specialized database, adhering to standard operating procedures and performing general administrative tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment is essential.
