The Reward Specialist will report directly to the Head of Executive Reward and Share Plans. The role is high profile and an integral part of the Reward team acting as a coordinator, planner and organiser of data, documentation and meetings. You will play a key role in leading the delivery of Executive Reward, Share plans, the management and co-ordination of Reward projects and providing analytical insight.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for all RemCo matters related to the organisation of meetings, timelines and paper submission
- Schedule the annual calendar of RemCo meetings for the Reward Team, including timetabling and planning for pre meetings
- Plan, arrange and prepare for RemCo meetings; liaising with Senior Management and EAs to set up pre-meetings and paper deadlines
- Follow up any agreed action points with those responsible
- Support the Head of Executive Reward with the preparation of the annual Directors Remuneration Report
- Deliver the UK&I Share Save administration for new launches and vesting activities
- Assist with the communication of share related activities within the People Team function and through to the wider organisation
- Work with the people operations team and our Share Scheme Administrators to continually review and improve the share scheme administration processes
- Gender Pay and CEO Pay ratio analysis
- Ensure that where relevant, all reports (including statutory) are completed and presented to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner for approval
- Salary Surveys - Collect data for the salary and benefits surveys, collate and combine the data for submission by the given deadlines
- Salary Benchmarking and Job evaluation
- Reward data analysis
- Support with the calculation of the Annual pay review for salaried employees
- National Living Wage, scenario modelling through to implementation
Key Skills/Experience required:
- Relevant Reward experience to include delivering programmes and projects
- An excellent level of attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to proof-read complex presentations and proposals
- Effective communicator at all levels
- Confident, tenacious and results orientated
- A high level of numerate and analytical skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced reactive environment
- Success Factors knowledge preferred
