Office Administrative Assistant

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with
company policies.
- Manage office equipment, incl repairs & queries.
- Liaise with landlord/managing agent for any office repairs etc.
- Maintain and update the PPM schedule.
- Manage all supplier documentation.
- Place customer orders and deal with any queries.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Place staff uniform orders.
- Book all additional services.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Annual review of Risk Assessments, Method statements, COSHH Assessments, Safety data sheets.
- Create any new Risk Assessments, Method Statements or COSHH Assessments when needed.
- Create annual health & safety packs for all customers.
- Manage company vehicles booking services, updating fleet insurance & annual drivers checks etc.
- Record all accidents & near misses.
- Report any RIDDOR reportable accidents.
- Admin for Teamgate app
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Assist colleagues and provide administrative support whenever necessary.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
