We are looking for an individual with a passion for interior design and excellent customer service skills, with an ability to manage the administration of projects in our busy retail showroom.

**Responsibilities**

You will join our team as a Sales and Admin Assistant in our flooring showroom in Mason Lodge. Westhill. This is a full-time, permanent post, Monday - Friday and every second Saturday. You will advise customers on products and designs and communicate with customers and our fitting team to deliver a professional service from point of sale to completion of installation. Administration duties include ordering products, quotations, invoicing, general administration, and scheduling installations.

**Qualifications**

Experience of the flooring industry is an advantage but not essential. We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic person with excellent customer service skills to join our team. You should have computer skills for general administration duties and should be familiar with MS Office. Experience with Xero accounting software or similar is an advantage but training will be provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Level of appointment and pay dependent on previous experience.

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
