We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team at IKM Testing UK. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating personnel movements and providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Personnel Logistics, preferably within the Oil & Gas Industry. They will possess excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel, and have a strong attention to detail.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively interface with operations department regarding personnel requirements for projects, training, and other company assignments.
  • Organise flights, travel, and accommodation for personnel in line with company policies, always looking for the most cost-effective options.
  • Assist with the organisation of visas for personnel travelling overseas and all associated literature and vaccinations.
