The Crewing Assistant will support the Crewing Team in all aspects of ROV crewing and logistics as per project allocation and assist the operations department in all aspects of a smooth, efficient and successful project delivery.

This is an ideal position for someone starting out in their administrative career,

Key duties and responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in the scheduling and facilitation of offshore personnel crew changes
- Schedule flight arrangements and accommodation requirements
- Track personnel movements for crew changes in the 'Onboard' system and keep personnel notified of mobilisation dates, rotations, base working and training days
- Assist in the process of obtaining second passports, visas and work permits
- Process monthly expenses and timesheets as required
- Organise and order PPE for offshore personnel
- Assist with maintaining assignment notes and issuing travel letters
- Administration of monthly invoices
- Raise and track purchase orders as required (travel, hotels, PPE, courier)
- Update offshore personnel CVs into ROVOP format
- Participate in department & emergency on-call rota

Personal Specification:

- Experience of Contributing as part of a team to work towards team goals.
- Working knowledge within an administrative based role.
- Competent in Microsoft 365
- Strong Team Player and able to work with minimum supervision
- Handling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
- Excellent Communication skills
- Enthusiastic, with the ability to remain positive and focus on delivery
- Ability to establish positive working relationships
- Honest trustworthy and discreet

**Salary**: £1.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
