**Salary**: £22,800 per annum pro rata (actual salary £9,120 based on 14 hours per week). Please see our _Global Salary Scales_ for more information. This role will be paid at the rate for Grade B in these scales.

**Location**:Frome, UK. Office based (some home working may be possible but there is an expectation you will spend at least half the time in the office)

**Contract**:part-time, 14 hours per week. 6-month fixed term contract

**Job Purpose**

Take day-to-day responsibility for carrying out finance and administration operations tasks connected to ADD’s UK-based office and remote teams. Line managed by the Finance and Systems Manager

**Key responsibilities**
- Receive invoices and enter into purchase ledger for authorisation process
- Set up bank payments to suppliers and international transfers to Country offices
- Liaise with suppliers regarding payments/details and with budget holders regarding authorisation
- Process staff cash and credit card expenses
- Maintain all supporting documents for any transactions posted onto QuickBooks
- Process donations arriving in post
- Other finance administration tasks as necessary
- Support the Resources Manager and HR Manager when required with office administration tasks

**Person Specification**
- Experience of carrying out a range of financial admin and/or other admin tasks
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of accounting systems (experience of QuickBooks would be an advantage)
- Ability to think for yourself but know when to check or ask for help
- The ability to work effectively with colleagues across cultural differences
- Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player
- Lived experience of disability is highly desirable
