Studio Administrator for an exciting product design and manufacturing business based in Frome.
Working with great client base, and production capabilities.

**Who we are.**
We make cool stuff, We design and manufacture bags, fabric packaging and other products for our Global Client base.
We are a busy studio in Frome with a small client services team, production office, logistics and management.
We work with some of the world’s leading brands and creative agencies.
We have production facilities in the UK and far east, manufacturing products on behalf of our clients in retail, corporates, and events. - We work across several time zones with our factories in China, India, Turkey and the UK.
We all take turns in making coffee, sending out samples and managing enquiries from clients.
Everyone is expected to get stuck in and it’s essential that you are flexible and can think on your feet - each day can be a little bit different and your ability to roll your sleeves up and find solutions is essential.
**About the role**
- Be the person in the office that everyone reaches out to for a hand.
- Keep the team organised and log deliveries or calls within the client management system.
- Liaise with the Logistics Manager to assist with shipping: delivery notes, packing, adding details to the CRM.
- Coordinate marketing mailouts or sample send-outs for Project Managers.
- Photograph, edit, and label completed jobs.
- Create ad-hoc visuals and mock-ups using Photoshop and templates.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with updating social media using Hootsuite and website content using WordPress.
- Take phone calls to the studio confidently and accurately record the required outcome of the call.
- Confidently liaise with all colleagues to support as required, including getting involved with weekly mailouts.
- Potential to move into Account exec roles or creative roles.
**Requirements**:
- Happy positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills.
- Ideally experience as an sales Executive or Administrator in a B2B environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Creativity is respected but we also need people who love a spreadsheet.
- Problem solving skills.
- Adaptive and able to help out in a small business environment.
- Live locally to Frome with access to own transport.
**Desirable**
- Adobe Creative suite, photoshop etc.
- Design Skills. Photography.
**Location**
- Commerce Park Frome
- Parking and Electric Car Charging.
- Hours : 9- 5 / M-F
**The Package**
- Holidays: 5.6 weeks per year.
