Our client is a successful Accountancy Practice with offices throughout Central England and due to continued success and business growth they have created the “Operations Support” vacancy.
The role reports to the Business Operations Manager and will assist in a variety of ways. From administration of projects to new site onboarding preparations, general site facilities monitoring, checks, coordination and support. Effectively you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Operations team, particularly acquisitions and integrations of our new offices.

Being the first point of contact for day-to-day queries
Keeping documents and reports up to date
Data entry and maintenance of internal systems
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels. Managing travel arrangements/appointments for the team
Using your own initiative to resolve issues
**Qualifications and expected qualities for the role:

Good IT and numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills and a good team player
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
High attention to detail
Full driving licence with access to a car (Epenced business travel if required).
