Administration Assistant

MSA are a Domiciliary Care Agency seeking a full time Administrator to assist the Operations Manager in the running of the service:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence
- Type, format, and edit documents
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide general support to visitors
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette
As an administrative assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
