We’re now on the hunt for an experienced Administrator to join our growing Administration Team in our Walsall office. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to develop as an Administrator and progress within a forward-thinking and innovative firm. **What your day-to-day will look like as an Administrator**:

- Assisting the accounts department where necessary in day-to-day administration tasks
- General office administration duties (filing / scanning, answering calls and queries)
- Processing, posting and scanning invoices
- Scanning post to our system

**Skills and experience you will have**:

- General administration experience - accounts administration would be desirable, but not essential
- You’ll be tech-savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft office packages (basic Excel experience desirable)
- Ability to provide a great customer service experience
- Experience of approaching situations proactively, whether a task is big or small
