A WELL ESTABLISHED MANUFACTURING BUSINESS IN THE WALSALL AREA IS LOOKING TO RECRUIT A PART-TIME EXPERIENCED HR. ADMINISTRATOR/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR.
BRIEF OUTLINE OF DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- MAINTENANCE OF HR. RECORDS INCLUDING SICKNESS AND HOLIDAYS.
- DEALING WITH ANY HR. MATTERS EFFECTIVELY TO CURRENT LEGISLATION.
- MANAGEMENT OF ALL EMPLOYEE ASPECTS WITHIN THE COMPANY
- RECRUITMENT
- ENSURING THAT COMPANY EMPLOYMENT POLICIES FOLLOW NATIONAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
- MAINTENANCE OF HEALTH & SAFETY.
- ADVISING SENIOR DIRECTORS/MANAGERS ON MATTERS OF SALARIES, REDUNDANCY AND EMPLOYMENT LAW.
- RECORDING AND PROCESSING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
- PROVIDE ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
- CARRY OUT ANY OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS REQUESTED BY MANAGEMENT.
- LIAISON WITH THE COMPANY’S EMPLOYMENT LAW ADVISORS.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE/BE:
- EXCEPTIONAL INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION
- COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF EMPLOYMENT LAW.
- SENSITIVITY AND UNDERSTANDING.
- THE ABILITY TO REMAIN CALM IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS.
- THOROUGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
- ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
- THE ABILITY TO WORK WELL WITH OTHERS
HOURS ARE 9AM-3PM - MONDAY, TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week
**Salary**: £13,104.00 per year
