Acorns Children's Hospice are now looking for a Care Administration Officer to support the work of the care senior leadership team.

**You will be**
- Assisting the Care Administration Manager to implement an annual plan of Care, department meetings and commitments.
- Preparing departmental documentation ensuring all documents are formatted in accordance with organizational standards.
- At time liaising with the Marketing and Communication departments to ensure documentation meets set standards.
- Ensuring version control is adhered to and will provide administrative support to the running of nominated meetings, including producing Agendas and taking Minutes where required.
- Assisting in handling Care correspondence both electronically, verbally and paper based.
- Monitoring multiple inboxes, assist with departmental purchase orders, preparation of departmental rota's and assist with monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Able to travel independently across the Acorns region. You will have a positive, enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude.

**You will have**
- Previous experience in administration, database administration and excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure.
- The ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with peers, managers, volunteers, and external contacts.
