An opportunity has arisen within the Women's Care Group for a motivated Care Group Administrator at Band 3 to support the Care Group Management team with daily tasks to suit the needs of the service to achieve their quality, activity, productivity and financial targets.

The post holder would be required to undertake a wide range of administrative duties, providing support to the Care Group Operational Management Team to achieve their quality, activity, productivity and financial targets. The post holder will also support teams within the Care Group with admin tasks and meetings.

The role will involve Diary Management for the Operational Team, Assisting with Care Group data analysis, Audits, assisting with Care Group project delivery and other general administrative tasks.

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trustprovides integrated acute and community Healthcare in the West Midlands serving a population of 260,000 residents. Walsall Manor Hospital houses the full range of district general hospital services. The £170 million development was completed in 2010 and we are continually upgrading. Construction of the new integrated critical care unit was completed in2018,extension of a Neonatal Unit and brand new, state of the art Emergency Department is in the process of being completed.

To provide efficient and effective clerical support to members of the Care Group under the supervision of the Care Group Manager/Deputy in respect of producing correspondence, reports and presentations, managing diaries, receiving and managing/disseminating information as appropriate. Supporting the internal Governance Team with admin and meetings.

Provide support to manage the Care Group’s workforce issues, HR, and manpower with specific input to staff groups under the responsibility of the Care Group Management Team, in respect of the co-ordination and administration of leave, monitoring IPDR, sickness and absence, coordinating recruitment and retention. Managing personal files and ESR as per trust policy.

Collate and manage turnaround documents and time sheets.
