5 Care Services are a Domiciliary Care provider based in Walsall that operate across Walsall, Cannock, Staffordshire, Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Sandwell areas.

We currently have an opportunity for a part time administrator based in Walsall working alongside our external HR team.

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- 1st point of contact for employee relations.
- Manage HR process for staff conduct.
- Work alongside recruitment and training.
- General Administration duties and answering the telephone.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Strong HR administrative experience.
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance.
- Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Understand handling confidential information.
- Experience on MS Word and Excel.

Hours can be flexible for the right person.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
