Business Support Administrator

**About us**:
Genie Cleaning Services Ltd has enjoyed continuous progressive growth in all its divisions. As a result, we now have an extensive and diverse customer base including education and commercial clients.
To help support with this growth we are seeking a business support administrator to assist our busy office and support the operations team.
**Key responsibilities as a Business Support Administrator include**:
- Providing support to the Operational Director.
- Reporting any business issues to the Directors as they arise.
- Compiling presentation packs for potential new clients
- Monitoring tender portals and new business opportunities on a regular basis
- The preparation of quotations and tender documentation for submission.
- Assisting the monthly payroll process
- Maintaining office databases.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assist with clerical duties.
- Utilise computerised systems and software to complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist the Operational Team with new contract implementation and mobilisation.
- Implement and monitor systems and procedures and ensure effective operations.
- Providing administrative support to the Directors as needed providing monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Reporting internally and to clients, maintaining client relationships.
- Review audits and KPIs and create monthly SLA reports
- Monitor site spending budgets
- May occasionally be required to attend site visits to support the Operational Team.

- Excellent IT literacy skills, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Can demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Have a flexible, proactive approach to work with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- The ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously
