**Job description**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the City of Lincoln Council’s Human Resources and Payroll Team. The successful applicant will manage and deliver the Councils recruitment processes and provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Payroll Team.
- Knowledge of a range of Human Resources admin processes and procedures.
- Experience of working in an office environment undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks.
- The ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- The ability to work with confidential information.
- The ability to manage their own workload to ensure an effective service is delivered.
- Effective organisational skills
