What Sets This Role Apart:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team. But this isn't your typical payroll position. The role entails two primary functions:
- Payroll Expertise: Manage payroll for multiple companies with a small payroll volume.
- Transactional Finance Support: Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and general transactional finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for over 150 employees across various units using Sage Payroll, including external submissions.
- Handle annual P11d's Benefit in Kind forms, monthly submissions, and Employer Payment Summaries.
- Exhibit proficiency in UK payroll taxes, statutory pay (maternity, paternity, sick leave), and reconciliation.
- Execute payroll and bank uploads with multi-level approval.
- Perform meticulous Balance Sheet Reconciliations (Debtors, Creditors, Bank) and offer support to the Transactional Finance Team.
- Assist in monitoring policies and procedures, advocate for enhancements in Finance processes, manage credit card statements, and fulfil other requested tasks.
