**Office Administrator**

Clear Edge an established Window and Door Fabrication Business with clients spanning both the UK domestic and commercial markets. The company supplies the UK for their principle customer Green Retreats, the UK’s largest Garden Room company. Since the first lockdown the business has grown in size due to the demand for flexible working space in the form of Garden offices and studios. Part of Clear Edge growth plan is to seek additional revenue streams through new business opportunities alongside our ever growing customer base. As a result, we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic employees to join our dedicated team throughout this exciting period of growth and beyond. This role is a huge personal development opportunity for the right person, as the company has a culture of promoting internally and cultivating talented team members into senior management positions.

**About the role**

The role will be based at our Wescott offices, where our management, operations team is currently operating, your primary focus is to input onto our processing system updating costs customer invoicing ordering materials and general office duties.

A typical day in this exciting and varied role includes:

- Raising jobs sheets for the Fabricators
- Ordering materials and raising purchase orders.
- Overseeing daily admin tasks utilising our Business Micros Computer system
- Raising sales orders
- Liasing with the sales team
- Supporting the sales team with any enquires

**About You**

You will need to be an enthusiastic and driven administrator, a keen eye for detail, be competent using a range of computer programmes (Business Micros, Excel, Word, Outlook), and be highly organised, during the high-volume periods of workload, you must also be a strong team player with exceptional communication skills. Previous experience within the Window Fabrication industry is preferred, but not essential as technical training will be given.

**Requirements**:

- Team player
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous office administration experience
- Confident in using a range of Microsoft office programmes
- Ability to prioritise own workload on a day to day basis
- Full UK driving license, with own transport

**Benefits and conditions**
- Salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
- Full time, permanent position (Monday - Friday)
- Normal working hours (8:30am/16:30pm)

- 20 days paid holiday plus all statutory bank holidays. You will gain an additional 1-day holiday for every year worked at the company (maximum of 3 additional days)
