Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for recruitment processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records;

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
