Job Description

As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our outpatient department. Your duties will include organizing and overseeing weekly clinics, providing administrative support to consultants, and coordinating transportation for patients as required. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient data and utilizing information technology extensively.

Key Responsibilities

* Organize and coordinate weekly clinics
* Provide administrative support to consultants and nursing teams
* Maintain accurate patient data and ensure high standards of data quality
* Coordinate transportation for patients as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 5 GCSEs or equivalent grades A-C including Maths and English
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Previous administrative experience (minimum 1 year)
* Experience working with patient data systems, particularly EPR Centre Millennium and Choose and Book
