**The Company**
A large global business specialising in commercial construction is looking for a proactive go getter to join their busy customer service and sales order admin team. This is a new role to support the growth of the team.
**The Role**
In this role you will support a team of Sales Managers by providing quotes for customers and being a point of contact throughout the process, always delivering a first class service. Key duties include:
- Producing quotes for the cusotmer from their drawings (blueprints/architect plans etc) - full training given, if needed.
- Liaising with the wider team to update on changes to pricing structures, workload updates etc.
- Calling customers to obtain project updates, and logging on the system.
- Learn and retain a portfolio of products to be able to answer customer queries - full training given.
- Process the orders on the system and hand over to Customer Support Specialists team to follow through to completion.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who enjoys administration but with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
- Customer service and admin orientated.
- Able to learn on the job (with training and retain product/system knowledge.)
- Excellent telephone manner and able to take down information accurately and concisely.
- Computer literate.
- Attention to detail - thorough and precise.
- Able to work to deadlines.
**Package**
- Basic salary £24-25k.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown and the chance to 'bank’ extra holiday.

- Hybrid working - 3 days office / 2 days work from home.
