We are looking for a friendly, organised individual to join our office team. You will work alongside a team of plumbing and heating engineers and be supported by our office manager, other administrators and the directors of the business in the office.

You will need to be confident in speaking on the phone with customers in a friendly and professional manner. You must be confident in dealing with urgent situations and prioritising customers and jobs. You will need to be organised and able to work under a little pressure.

Your role will be to help manage the team of plumbing and heating engineers, organising and managing the diary and appointments, following up on leads. Looking at work flow, ensuring engineers have what they need and the routes of their days are planned accurately and efficiently.

Computer knowledge and experience is crucial in the role as you will be working with a computer system to book appointments, manage the engineers diaries, create quotations and use our company systems. There is opportunity for more responsibility and growth within the company as we expand.

Daily administrative tasks:

- Diary Management
- Support the engineers throughout the day with any tasks they need
- Ensure engineers have arrived on time/contact customers if engineers are running late
- Chase quotations that were sent out and answer any questions/queries
- Direct customers contact, booking in appointments and asking for feedback on jobs, monitoring the progress of larger jobs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
