Office Administrator/bookkeeper

R Automotive UK is an established Sports & Prestige used car sales company based in Worminghall, on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire borders (less than 10 minutes from the Oxford services junction of the M40).
We operate from two modern well presented commercial buildings.
Our work environment includes:

Job Overview:
This will be for approximatly 16 hours per week. We can be flexible in regards to start and finish times and which week days you come in.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide general administrative support including
- Clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions in preparation for quarterly VAT returns and annual tax return
- Keeping an up to date vehicle stock record
- Handling all purchase and sales invoices
- Maintain office efficiency by organising office operations and procedures.
**Skills**:
- Experience with Xero accounting software and invoice upload software such as Hubdoc or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Skilled in clerical duties such as typing and data entry.
- Proven administrative experience in an office setting.

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
