**Position overview**: As a hybrid administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business and ensuring the smooth operation of the business functions. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and will have the opportunity to grow the role with the business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administration support to the team at MPAV Ltd
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation and information for internal and external communication
- Ensure the CRM is kept up-to-date
- Manage documentation within the business
- Manage the company social media
- Manage calendars and meetings for management
- Responding to communications both internal and external
- Basic bookkeeping and invoicing to assist accounting functions
- Arranging accommodation and services for teams on site
- Supporting the business functions as appropriate
- Work closely with management to develop and implement systems and processes

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm head under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a larger team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to commute to Aylesbury

**Advantageous (but not critical)**
- Experience with Xero, LinkedIn, HubSpot and job management software
- Previous experience in a similar role

Salary is £24,000 Pro Rata.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
