**About The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a close-knit team in a technical admin support function, The main focus is to help preserve top-class customer service and satisfaction to maintain excellent client relationships.

Working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home (once trained) duties will include.
- Assisting the Compliance team in maintaining and updating the company database, product files and product specifications.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure they are aware of any new Compliance information and potential impacts.
- Directly updating any affected customers and suppliers.
- Completing and filing relevant paperwork.
- Other admin tasks required for the role.

**About You**

To be successful, you will have experience in a technical administrative role (minimum 2 years), that requires strong IT skills, organisation, and an eye for detail.

It is essential that you are an enthusiastic, friendly, and organised individual with excellent oral and written communication.

To be able to understand some of the technical elements, it’s preferred that you have a scientific education to at least A-level or equivalent. However, if you have extensive technical administration skills, you won’t be discounted.

Eager to learn a new role, the position will come with extensive training to allow you to thrive in this newly created position.
