We're looking to recruit a Technical Administrator to join our North Chilterns to Aylesbury Area (NC2A).
The role will be based at our site compound on the A41 just outside of Aylesbury.
Because of the location, we do ask that candidates hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.
The successful candidate will manage and update our technical records, coordinate with various site teams to ensure information accuracy and handle documents for as-built information.
In this role, you will update the drawing records to X-Revision and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure the information displayed is correct.
You will liaise with the Engineering team for review and approval of documents and transmit, manage and close-out documents for as-built information.
You will also create and manage a tracker for as-built production and close-out.
In addition, you will collaborate with Construction, Engineering, and Hand Over teams to forecast as-built production and maintain transparency in the process.
About You Proven experience in a similar role in a technical environment Working knowledge of document management systems Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to engage with other teams and develop a strong network.
Proficient in prioritising workload and forecasting task completion dates Driving licence is required for this roleAbout UsEKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall.
All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.
Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
