An exciting opportunity with a company based in Aylesbury. They are looking for a Finance & Office Administrator, to join their friendly team on a part time permanent basis.
**Your new role**
- To support the maintenance and control of the company's Purchase Ledger.
- Post supplier remittances and undertake monthly supplier statement reconciliation.
- Process employee expense forms and maintain mileage tracker sheet.
- At the end of each month, job completion and closure on the company's Epicor system.
- To support the Executive Team with required administrative tasks, word processing, co-ordinating circulation of month end reports, travel arrangements.
- Receive visitors and maintain meeting rooms.
- To open and distribute post received, organise franking of outgoing post, organise lunches, stationary and office cleaning arrangements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in Admin and secretarial role
- AAT Studier/ someone with previous account experience
- Good use of Excel
- Flexible and willing to support the team
