Executive Administrator to The Chief Finance Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised individual to fill the position of Executive Administrator to the Chief Finance Officer at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

This key position involves providing a broad range of administrative and organisational support to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and would suit an individual who has a flexible approach to work and proven experience of working in a demanding and fast paced environment. The role is varied and diverse and involves diary management, compiling of information, preparation of meeting papers and minute taking across the portfolio of the CFO. The post holder would be required to work with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, hence the need for excellent communication skills. Personal development is fully supported in the team.

The post holder would be predominantly based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital but there may be a need to travel to other sites. Agile working is supported at the Trust.
