Finance Administrator

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with recent exposure to financial areas such as VAT, CIS, and/or payroll to join our growing finance-focused business in the local area. As an integral part of our company's operations, you will provide essential administrative support while leveraging your finance expertise to contribute to financial tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the finance department with tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial data entry.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations when necessary.
- Maintain and update files, records, and documentation in an efficient and organised manner.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for the team.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across the organisation.
- Provide support to the team by facilitating effective communication and managing administrative duties.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Basic understanding of finance principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
**Salary & Benefits**:
- 22000 - 26000 per annum
