  4. Manage the entire employee benefits process, including pensions, life assurance, and other benefits.">
  5. Stay up-to-date with company policies and tax legislation impacting employee benefits, ensuring adherence and compliance at all times.">

Requirements:

  • Experience in employee benefits administration, preferably within a practice environment.">
  • Basic knowledge of HMRC legislation and Pension Auto Enrolment, coupled with the ability to work effectively with multiple clients and prioritise workload.">
  • Strong computer literacy and numerical skills, with experience using payroll software – familiarity with BrightPay would be desirable, although training will be given.">

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum depending on experience.
