**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle at Academics, a leading education provider with seven sites across Buckinghamshire, Basingstoke, and Wokingham. As an HR Advisor, you will provide professional advice and support on various functions, including absence management, recruitment, and compliance with employment law.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide HR advice to managers and staff on all HR-related matters.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, absence, and performance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and Trust policies.
  • Work closely with the HR and Finance teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £39,646 PA FTE (Bucks Range 7).
  • Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
  • 25 days plus 8 bank holidays (TTO+ possible).
  • Reports to: HR Leadership.
