Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Training and Recruitment Officer to join our client, a leading domiciliary care service provider. As the ideal candidate, you will oversee the entire recruitment process from application to onboarding for new hires and deliver in-person Care Certificate training to ensure compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the full recruitment process, including application screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Delivery of comprehensive Care Certificate training to ensure all employees meet regulatory requirements.
  • Continued support and development of the care team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • A strong background in training and recruitment within the care sector, with experience in delivering compliance training.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in care and/or training, such as NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care.
  • Practical experience working in health and social care, providing credibility and real-life scenarios for training.
