We offer a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £12.31 per hour, based on 39 hours a week. Our person-centred approach relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well. This includes supporting residents with personal care needs and helping them participate in activities that support their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide dignified and respectful care to residents.
  2. Support residents with daily living tasks.
  3. Foster a sense of community among residents.
