About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Woodlands House in Aylesbury.

The successful candidate will be working on a 20-bedded low secure forensic ward for male adult patients suffering from enduring mental illness. As a core member of the ward team, you will deliver high-quality care to mentally disordered patients under the supervision of qualified nursing staff.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care needs, as well as contributing to a positive environment that fosters excellence in care delivery.
