Pharmaceutical Care Specialist

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Care Specialist to join our Day Webster hospital team in Aylesbury, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of pharmacy services, participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate records.
This is a full-time position, with a daily shift pattern, although flexible work arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. We offer a competitive salary range of £34-£37 per hour, depending on experience. With this role, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert clinical advice to patients and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
