About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Pharmaceutical Specialist to join our clinical pharmacy team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a specialist pharmacy service across various care groups, prioritising high-risk patients and providing proactive pharmaceutical advice.

Responsibilities will include undertaking medicines management duties, optimising prescribing practices, and supporting timely discharge through medication validation and supply.

The ideal candidate will have strong hospital pharmacy experience, with delivery of pharmacy services to multiple specialities, and evidence of significant relevant Continuing Professional Development.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical and leadership skills, working closely within multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding pharmaceutical care.
