Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Specialist to lead our team of care professionals in providing exceptional support to individuals with physical disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting independence and personal potential among our customers.
This role requires a strong understanding of safe handling of medication, as well as the ability to manage and implement safeguarding principles to ensure the safety of our customers. A thorough knowledge of NVQ3 in Health and Social Care is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work flexibly as part of a close-knit team. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £13.30 per hour, 25 days paid holiday, and a range of benefits including pension scheme and life assurance.
