Care Homes Maintenance Role

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the upkeep of our care homes through regular maintenance tasks and basic repairs
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks and checks on services
  • Applying basic fixes to equipment and systems
  • Auditing facilities and maintaining up-to-date records
Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Some experience in property maintenance
  • Comfortable completing general maintenance tasks and conducting basic repairs
  • Flexibility and great team-working skills
Salary and Benefits
