About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team of Community Care Assistants. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate Clients to participate in daily activities and engage with their surroundings.
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and administering medication.
  • Support Clients with household tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping.
  • Accompany Clients on appointments and outings, ensuring safe transportation.
Requirements
  • Full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and own vehicle for business use.
  • Right to work in the U.K.
  • Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for early morning or evening shifts.
  • Commitment to a 4-day training course.
Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is £13.50-£14.00 p/h, plus mileage pay at 35p p/m. We offer competitive compensation packages to recognize your hard work and dedication.
