At Adult Social Care, we are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working in an elderly social care environment and a caring nature with a willingness to develop new skills.

This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £12,419 per annum (£12.31 per hour), plus excellent benefits including life assurance, welfare fund, standard pension scheme, discount scheme, EAP, management support, buy and sell holidays, free uniform, and DBS paid for.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.
  2. Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
