We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will assist young people between 7 and 25 years old with various special needs and autism, helping them to develop their independence skills as much as possible and enhancing their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include providing personal care and support to young people, assisting with daily activities such as meals and medication, offering companionship, encouraging and promoting independence and choice, and building and maintaining positive relationships with the team.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Support Worker or in a related field, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact in their lives, and the ability to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed.
