We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver Assistant to join our team in Aylesbury.

The ideal candidate will assist young people between 7 and 25 years old with various support requirements, helping them to develop their independence skills as much as possible and enhance their quality of life. The successful applicant will provide personal care and support, assist with daily activities such as meals and medication, offer companionship, and encourage and promote independence and choice.

**Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Caregiver or in a related field (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact in their lives
  • Ability to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as needed
