As a Caregiver and Friend with Independent Living Solutions Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a delightful young lady, supporting her in her daily life and helping her access the community.

The role involves supervising and assisting her in various activities, such as dancing, sewing, tennis, swimming, shopping, and going to the cinema or theatre. You will also help her learn new physical activities like yoga or a rebound class.

Apart from providing emotional support, you will assist with everyday tasks and ensure she adheres to her routine. This Fixed-Term Contract offers flexible working hours, with an estimated 9 hours per week during term time and potential increases during school holidays.

The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of £16.50 for weekdays and £17.50 for weekends, plus additional benefits such as pension eligibility and a free DBS check. Relevant training opportunities, including The Care Certificate, will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge.
