Caremark (Aylesbury and Wycombe) is a **multi-award-winning doctor-led home care company **who have served the local community for over 14 years.
**Role**:
- To support the Care Manager with clinical supervisions, appraisals, and spot checks for the complex care team
- Undertaking audits and preparing care plans for the complex care team
- Supporting our team of nurses in the field, and to provide holiday cover if required
- We will provide extra training in complex care

**Requirements**:
- NMC registered nurse with full PIN to practice
- Ideally with paediatric experience
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- UK working eligibility
- Good communication skills
- Ideally Complex care experience (Peg/jejunostomy support, stoma care, bladder care (suprapubic/urethral catheter care), managing skin integrity, IM injections
